Duke Energy is in the news, 30,000 employees - not shabby: And it looks like the entire ensemble cast - right from the North Carolina legislators through their Commissions and on down to a gaggle of scumbag (but self-righteous & scripture quoting) lawyers - is doing its level best to make sure there are no public revelations of the details. Well of course, they have to do that, otherwise you might have another 30,000 default mortgages on your hands eh? Duke Energy also generates 2,274 MW in Brazil: Their minions apply the greenwash with a wide brush. They keep a captive non-profit, Liga RMC de Esportes, to operate their mini-marathon events by the look of it. Last year it was "for the preservation of the trees," this year it's "for the preservation of the environment." Things are ramping up. So, that's what Lynn J. Good and Duke Energy's billions do for Earth Day - just to keep things in perspective y'unnerstan'. Don't she just look like a china doll?
